Are there e-commerce systems without limits on one-time transfers?

Good evening!
I have always used mainly Yandex money - it is convenient, easy to withdraw and the identification procedures are completed almost instantly. However, the restriction on the transfer from a bank account to a poison account (15k) has recently been periodically, but very annoying. I'm thinking about some other service. I look towards WebMoney or Qiwi, but again I'm not sure about the issue with limits.
I would be grateful for tips on systems that do not have this drawback on the replenishment limit (or have a limit of at least 30k). Or does this figure depend on banks, and not on the actual e-commerce systems?

Paypal until they kicked him out of here. There's something around 55k.
In general, in the next 2 years, the problem will only grow :(
