What is wrong with yandex money instance-id?

Registered the application.
Got a client id.
But when I try to request demomoney.yandex.ru/api/instance-id?client_id=my_client_id I get an error illegal_param_client_id
Why?

Invalid client_id parameter value (does not exist or is blocked). Further operation of the application with the given client_id is impossible.
