Case: We
need a service that will register email addresses for users via API upon request.
Users after registration receive account details to enter the mail.
The mail service must work via the web, or using popular protocols through a mail client.
Restrictions:
"Mail for Domain" (Yandex.connect), "Mail for Site" (Mail.ru) and analogues are not suitable, because to complete the case, you need to register the domain yourself and bind it to the mail service.
It is also not possible to raise the mail server on your own.
What is needed is an autonomous (most likely paid) external service with its own domain.
Which Russian or foreign company provides such a service?

You need a cheap VPS postfix + dovecot + mysql and you can do anything and everything.

as a service - hardly such a thing exists. Nobody needs mail services with free Yandex. a lot of hemorrhoids - spam, viruses, bans, RKN - and zero income.
