Machine translation from one language to another

I am using Google Chrome. I often read foreign articles, and it is not always convenient to copy individual words and paste them into the translator. Please tell me, perhaps there is some kind of extension for the browser, so that for example you hover over a single word with the cursor, and it is translated.

Plus, there is a full-fledged Qtranslate translator for Windows, which translates by hotkey in any program, including browsers, of course.
Free, portable, uses familiar web services.
