Are there books on the functional and structural organization of the processor?
Good day. I can not find any sources on the functional and structural organization of the processor. Or rather .. Of course, I find something, but there is very little information and the presentation, to put it mildly, is lame. Or, on the contrary, there is a lot of information, and it is simply impossible to understand what exactly I need, since I have no idea about the functional and structural organization of the processor.
In general, I would be very grateful for a good book, or another source, or for, at least brief, explanations on the above topic, and then I would understand in which direction to move and what to look for. Thank you.

Computer Architecture: A Quantitative Approach by
John Leroy Hennessy and David Patterson
There is a Computer Architecture course on coursera.org from Princeton University. There were also courses on edx.org like.
But all this is not at all for beginners and, moreover, in English.
