How is the AMD 5800X standard heating temperature?

Good day to all!
The question is not difficult but important!

I got a window in the BIOS here

And this is after my PC was turned off for more than 9 hours and then woke up and turned it on :( When
I went into Win 10 I looked at the AMD sensor

Is this normal when starting the PC?
it is more than 4-6 hours and now this is now with the browser open ..

It seems to me that something is wrong with the cooling but I can’t understand where the problem is

? and used for my AMD5800X processor ;)

I can definitely say that not all pastes are equally useful.
What's the chill? What paste was included?
