Are there books in Russian on MAXScript for 3ds max?

I didn’t find anything particularly useful in Google, for Mel There are two wonderful books in Maya in printed form, I still bought it, but I can’t find it for MAXScript.
1) Is it more difficult to write in python in max?
2) Maybe someone is writing plugins and scripts for Autodesk products?
