Are there aspiring designers willing to draw designs for free?

Hello, dear designers :)
I decided to develop an online cookbook for my own training and to help a girl I know. Now she cooks a bunch of things and would like to tell people about her experiences.
Since the budget of this project is zero, it is not possible to order a design. And an idea came up: maybe one of the novice designers wants to try their hand and develop a culinary design? As payment, I can’t give anything but “thank you” and experience :)

It is unlikely that any of the designers will do something for free. Only those who have no experience at all will agree, it will be crooked, cheap, maybe even a long time, just waste your time.
