Most recently, I went with my wife to a hockey match of a club that participates in the MHL - i.e. Guys are generally serious.
Tickets had to be bought directly at the arena itself, as there was no electronic purchase. The arena site itself was made on the knee on some Yukoz templates of 2006-2007, nothing was updated and did not work.
Out of curiosity, I went to the director of the arena, who said that they have no one to do this, and they don’t see the point in it at all. As a result, the only way to contact them is by phone, which is constantly busy.
Question: does anyone have experience in this area, or does everyone care about iT?

Of course, clubs are different, but seriously - why do they need IT? They don’t earn money on the site, they can’t fight off customers anyway, since the phone is constantly busy - why do they need IT? to make the phone busy even more?
