In your understanding, is there any significant difference between DevOps and a human orchestra (enikey worker, integrator)?

Devops does not set up equipment for staff
Sometimes a devops is required to make a typical environment for staff and roll it out to workplaces
enikey - an errand boy
enikeyschik - support for users of the company
devops - support for software development and release processes
Well, the difference is about the same as between a monkey and a man. I have only one DevOps friend, and by the way, he recently moved to Europe for work. He knows how to write in Go, Python (probably something else), knows how to work with a whole mountain of hardware (from Arduino to Cisco of different generations) at a professional level. Plus, he is very well versed in theory and from time to time lectured at universities.
