Are there any training programs in the world with the work and analysis of medical databases?

I read that recently in Japan a computer was able to make a correct diagnosis for a patient who was given a different diagnosis by doctors, and it turned out to be correct. The computer simply processed a large amount of medical data from patients and came up with a solution. I would like more information about this area, as well as find out which world universities teach in a related or this specialty.

I doubt that there are such universities and such a sphere.
This is not the task of a separate area, this is the task of a specific medical institution (or a network of institutions), which has automated its internal activities enough to store all patient data in electronic form and be able to process them.
It must be understood that medical secrecy does not disappear anywhere, and few patients are ready for the fact that their data will simply be available to someone other than their immediate attending physician. Individual experiments are most likely done purely within a certain institution, with anonymous data, and such systems have not yet been made publicly available.
