Are there any problems with the Yandex webmaster file?

I found the Indexing section in the Yandex webmaster - All pages - Download table / archive

I downloaded the Excel file, which, as stated in the Yandex manual, contains information about how the robot sees the page.

File description:

The archive contains statistics on pages that were added to the Sitemap or from which Turbo pages were created. This will help you find out how the state of the pages in the search results is currently changing:

- HTTP code received by the robot during the last crawl;

— the status of the page in the search;

— the date of the last visit to the page by the robot;

- the presence of a Turbo page for the URL;

- the presence of a URL in the Sitemap file;

— URL of the page to be redirected to;

— attribute value rel="canonical";

— page title;

- the contents of the Description meta tag.

Question

In this file, all pages of my site have the characteristics:

These hieroglyphs instead of Russian letters in the parameters are confusing,

— the value of the rel="canonical" attribute;

— page title;

- the contents of the Description meta tag.

Is this the norm or is something wrong with the robot?

The main thing: everything is OK, this is a feature of Excel.

1. Open Excel.
   
2. Create a new empty document.
   
3. Go to the menu on the "Data" section.
   
4. Click the "From Text" button
   
5. Select "UTF-8" file format.
   
6. Next, figure it out on a whim.
   

By default, Excel loads comma-separated documents in Windows-1251 encoding. Yandex, on the other hand, gives its database in the more common UTF-8.
