Are there any problems with Skype's performance now?

I used Skype for a long time without any problems. For the last week, messages to contacts that are not currently on the network have begun to be sent inexplicably. If you conduct a dialogue from one device, then when you open Skype on another, some kind of monologue is loaded, and not even with all the messages. Editing messages works every other time, most often hanging on sending the edited version. Am I the only one experiencing this issue or is it a general one?
