Career in IT

I'm leaving my job on December 17th. I live in the city of Rybinsk, Yaroslavl. There are few IT companies here. Therefore, I am looking for a remote job and considering the option of moving. But it will also need some work. I have never done freelancing. Therefore, I will use options for part-time jobs outside of my profession in another city. And look for a job at the same time. Tell me, please, what can you think of with a computer? I have a laptop, but it is weak and I would like to find a stationary PC to work with. But what to do with software? There are options?
