Are there LED-sized e-ink indicators for sale? For example, in order to set the indicator as an alarm apartment not with a luminous LED, but with an inconspicuous black and white dot at the end of the door frame for the uninformed? If so, where can I order one?

you need one pixel - use an electromagnet turning a disk painted in two colors (or more), handicraft for minutes (plus an indefinite time to hide the design). If you have hands, it is not difficult to make it less than a centimeter.
In the end, this is what e-ink is, each pixel is an inverted black and white sphere under the influence of electrostatic or electromagnetic forces.
