Are there any decent defrag software?

To use direct memory mapping, I need to defragment the *.iso files on the flash drive. Before WinContig, you constantly have to defragment with the built-in Windows utility, while wincontig itself can collect files a) only when they are specifically indicated, b) only if the disk already has the necessary amount of continuous free space.

It would be ideal for the program to understand the command "defragment all files > 500 megabytes at the end of the disk, defragment the remaining files and send to the beginning of the disk." Well, this is the maximum. Norton used to know how to do it, if I'm not mistaken, but his days are over.

UltraDefrag - I myself use it as the main defragmenter, but I used it a couple of times for exactly the same thing as you - it is possible to defragment a specific file through the context menu in Explorer.
