Are there any applications that recognize handwritten Russian text well?

Hello! Recently, a lot of handwritten material has appeared, which it is desirable to digitize. First of all, to send it to google docs, so that everyone can actively correct and comment on the document (you can’t do this with a photo).
Google itself and finereader can only recognize printed text. Attempts to recognize handwriting have led to sad results.
I've looked around the web and haven't found anything worthy. Maybe I missed something? Is there anything in mind?
