Are there analogues of Wordpress but simpler?

WordPress has a complex templating system, widgets are convenient for the end user, but unrealistically fancy for the developer. Security at a fairly low level, holes are constantly detected.
I would like some kind of CMS where a very simple internal structure, let there be no draggable widgets and automatic installation of templates. Can you suggest something?

Look towards static site generators like Jekyll .
The output is just HTML, there is nothing to break there, there are blanks for a blog.

For me, the ideal is a Google blogger. I would write in a framework.
