Building a hotel website from scratch. The choice of CMS, design, useful plugins?

Good afternoon.
I am faced with the task of creating a site for a small hotel, and in connection with this there are some questions.

  1. Choice of CMS. Since there is no experience in development, it was immediately decided to turn to ready-made options. I think that WordPress is not bad to cope with this task, if there are any more specialized or adapted options, please advise.
  2. Sample. I did not find suitable, and most importantly interesting templates, this option was an exception. I would be very grateful for a tip on finished products, otherwise I will have to buy a design (by the way, it is quite a possible option)
  3. Functionality to be implemented:
    • Hotel news feed.
    • Gallery of images.
    • Script for booking rooms (after filling out the form, an SMS should be sent to the hotel administrator).
    • Weather forecast (take data, for example, from gismeteo and display in a convenient form in a template)
    • Insert Google map with address
    • Book of reviews and suggestions

I expect that for each item of functionality I will find a plugin that, after some finishing touches, will fall into place. If you know of suitable plugins for the implementation of these tasks, tell me! =)
I would also like to know due to the fact that freelance sites have bred a great many where it would be optimal to apply for the purchase of a ready-made template (if necessary) and with an order for a logo.
Thanks in advance for your replies, sorry if I made any mistakes.

CMS - the choice of each person who worked with what. I like Drupal - I work with Drupal. Like WP, get it. Regarding the template, pay special attention that Google does not take into account sites in the results that do not have an adaptive layout from the 1st. Please note. If the client is willing to pay - hire a designer and layout designer, they will do it for you quickly and on time. And if the client has no money, then find the WP + Bootstrap template. Good luck building your site!

@Awake

get wordpress. Plugins can be found directly in the CMS in the Plugins section. Download and everything will be ok. You can order a logo on freelance, you can buy a template yourself somewhere on teamforest.

If you settled on Wordpress, then take it. From plugins:
News feed is available in any template.
Image Gallery - NextGen Gallery
Room booking script - easyReservations.
Weather forecast - 3 good plugins .
Inserting a Google map with an address - this can be done through Google maps.
Book of reviews and suggestions - make a separate page with Contact form 7.

Many thanks to you dear Anilbemo for being "on the shelves"!
I worked with WP, so I probably turned to him, but about the designer and layout designer .... I think if I can’t create something more or less appropriate, then I’ll turn to the craftsmen. By the way, could you tell me (although I understand that this is sooooo approximate), but how much time does it take to make a portal of this kind?
And yet, I would like to know if there are any databases with free templates, or studios that sell a finished product that would match the theme of the site? After I went through the first two pages of Google using free templates, I realized that there is unfortunately little sensible there ...
Thanks in advance!
