Are there alternatives to 1C for accounting?

Electronic accounting

Is there something not as weighty and expensive as 1C? For Ukraine.
Need tax and accounting for a small organization. Something simple and concise, otherwise 1C is simply unrealistically gloomy (I have disliked it since the late 90s).
Preferably with the possibility of electronic reporting.
