Those. a client comes to me, I receive information on the order (login and password of the client), I pass it on to my "employee" (performer). Accordingly, I need to take into account all these processes somewhere. Those. so that customers would not be lost, and I, in turn, could track how much I earned, and how much I paid my people.

a big difference: are you a purely intermediary, or are you a Contractor (under the deal), and Kostya (according to the legend) is a contractor (partner). In the first case, you simply create a deal with the name Commission, and in the second case, you put yourself as the Contractor, and for the deal you add the cost for Kostya's services.
