Are the ways to upload pictures from 1C 8 (import_files) permanent?

Hello!
Now I am doing an exchange of the commodity composition of one store with 1C 8.2 (Trade Management), I need to tighten the pictures from 1C. They all go to the import_files folder and are also divided into subdirectories there:

I would like to make it easier for myself and just copy all the import_files to the directory with pictures on the site, and then just add changed or added pictures to it with each exchange.
The question is, will 1C always upload pictures for the same product with a constant path

import_files/f0/f1dce5daf50411e59bd92c600ce174a4_f1dce5dbf50411e59bd92c600ce174a4.jpg

or may vary from upload to upload:

import_files/fNEW/some_new_name_FOR_THE_SAME_FILE.jpg

In general, the paths will be the same for the same product, as 1Sniki says. The mechanism of their formation is unknown, but it does not matter to me

The rule is to write/Find Ready upload for these files according to the rules that are clear to you. It's fast and very cheap.
