Are the license keys offered on Freebie sites, for example, for Windows?

Good afternoon! I know that there will be those among the readers who use windows for which you have not paid anything. Well, I'm like that myself, sorry) So, finding the original image of Windows is not a problem. Who cares there is a great article (I'm talking about 8.1 with the latest update) - geektimes.ru/post/252802. Usually you can somehow crookedly left activate the usual kms-activator. But then there was a desire to get windows 10! And at the same time, the Russian soul demands a licensed one, but for free, but with all the whistles and fakes (although she did not demand the eight so much). In this case, an update is needed, because. I'm sorry to lose the installed Visual Studio Pro 2013 from dreampark here. But I heard something that some kind of VS came out there, the same as PRO, only free (I don’t know, we’ll google it). And so I hope the illiterate will tell me (for now) whether Mac keys taken from "freebie sites" and activated via phone (or online) or Retail keys (they sell like pies, as I understand it) can be used to turn Windows 8.1 into licensed. Sorry, maybe I shouldn't have asked here, don't swear too much.))

If Windows has been activated with a MAC key by phone or via the Internet - it will work in the same way as the licensed one - it will be updated, and this activation will not fail after the next update.

No.
No keys can be licensed by definition. It doesn't matter where you got them.
