Are small quality mp3 players sold without a screen?

I started looking for an mp3 player, and realized that their time had already passed. It's a pity.
But suddenly I'm wrong.
What does not suit me in smartphones:
- the charge ends too quickly
- to switch the song, you need to take off your gloves, get your smartphone out of your pocket, unlock it, press the screen, block it again, remove it. Naturally, this cannot be done blindly. And it's cold in winter.
What you want from an mp3 player:
- small, without a screen (why waste a battery)
- asymmetrical and with tactilely distinguishable buttons so that you can switch songs by touch.
- lack of itunes and reasonable price (apple products are no longer available)
I tried Chinese guano up to 1000 r, but there is either no random play mode, or the quality is so lame that even different copies from the same batch work differently.
I saw that there are bluetooth headphones with a remote control - but there is again a battery, the sound quality and they cost comparable to a smartphone.

I don't know why you couldn't find the mp3. For example, I have a Texet T-79 8GB Purple player. Excellent quality, lasts a long time. And this company is often praised.

I bought a Texet T 50 last week for 700 rubles, it yells like a carved one, holds it for a day without recharging, is happy like an elephant. Even the flac pulls. But it has a screen.
