How to remove smartphone slowdown?

It's no secret that smartphone manufacturers deliberately slow them down in order to sell new, lag-free flagships. And I ran into this, and my samsung a30 does not fly as well as in the first year of use. I DO NOT BELIEVE that my battery or processor is so "worn out" that the mobile freezes like that.
The phone is unlocked in 5 seconds, the camera, gallery, calculator and other default applications too. About downloaded from the outside, I generally keep quiet.
Comrades, tell me how to resist this muck. Is it possible to flash the device with the installation of some secret program? Or something else?

ps

After resetting to factory settings, the phone works great. But only until the first forced system update!!

This is a conspiracy theory.

It's not about wear. It's just that all applications, including system updates, are written for newer models with more productive hardware, and accordingly they begin to slow down on older mobiles.

Sorry, but the Samsung A30 has never flown, it is an entry-level device on a rather weak processor, with a slow memory, which can hardly pull the interface of pure Android. If there is a corresponding firmware from the AOSP series, you can try it, there is less Samsung garbage and, perhaps, it will run a little faster:

But installing firmware - at your own peril and risk, as the occupation is not quite simple. Read the instructions carefully, otherwise you can just get a black brick instead of a slow phone.
