It turns out that now you can work with Payoneer as a way to receive small payments from Upwork? (No more than 80 thousand per month). Or now, when withdrawing from Payoneer to Sberbank, you can run into problems with our regulators, such as freezing accounts in Sberbank?

I want to clarify that users from the Russian Federation can open an account, receive transfers and transfer them to a bank account. It does not depend on whether there was an account before or not.
