Are page dynamics bad for SEO?

The site has a group of pages (about 4.5 thousand) from which about 40-60 pages fall out daily with a 404 error. Approximately the same, a little more, new ones are added. The pages themselves live for at least a week.
These pages are removed because the information on them becomes outdated and becomes irrelevant.
Is it normal for PSs to react to such dynamics? Does it hurt the site?

No, it doesn't hurt at all. There can be no "filters" in such a situation. If the information really becomes outdated and ceases to be of value to the visitor, it is perfectly normal to let it disappear. The traffic that old pages can bring you, most likely, will not give conversions, and without them it is useless.

Of course, it hurts, at the moment the bot passes through the site, it does not find the page that was before. What's good here :) If possible, extend the period of existence of the pages.

The fact that you delete pages is a very big minus for sites. There is a high probability of falling under PS filters. Even if the info is outdated, then let it lie, even old pages can bring traffic.
