Are L3 ports faster in Cisco ISR2900 than SVI in EHWIC?

Given: Cisco 2900 series router with three L3 ports.
Additionally, an L2 switching EHWIC card with 4 1G ports is installed. Two SVIs with different vlans are raised above the L2 ports.
We believe that there is nothing more, no firewall, pbr and other things.
Routing performance question: will there be a difference between traffic:
- L3 port - L2 port SVI
- L3 port - L3 port
- one L2 port SVI - the second L2 port
SVI with SVI to give L3 for another uplink. In turn, get STP on the LAN as a bonus to include the router in the ring of switches.

There will be no difference, since your L3 traffic will use CEF for routing, the table of which also includes SVI interfaces.
To solve your problem, raise as many SVIs as you need to terminate the LAN segment, use L3 ports for uplink, as you would like.
STP is not a bonus, but a headache. Redundancy is best done with L3 links, since most often the point of failure is the device, and not the physical connection between devices
