Are immersion liquids safe for home use?

I had an idea, to bring the motherboard and components from the state of "scattered on the table" into a decent form, stuffing everything into the case. But before that, the question of "aquariums" and conditional silence during PC operation became interesting.
Since the liquid evaporates and even with a sealed case can get into the atmosphere, is it worth using it in an apartment?
And if it's not difficult, throw in interesting materials on this topic (I know how to use Google). Thanks in advance for your replies.

Dear, simply golden in price, the liquid will evaporate. Are you ready to pay for this pleasure? The technical process implies a closed loop.
And yet, it’s wildly inconvenient, climbing into any liquid, washing in alcohol, sterile conditions (not medicine, of course, but still). And most importantly, this will solve only half of the problem - the collection of heat, it still needs to be removed somewhere.
ps believe me, it's cheaper to put dropsy on all components (with the replacement of radiators on the motherboard and even the power supply).
About heat removal - there is an option for heat removal through the radiator of the indoor unit of the air conditioner (put a water cooling circuit on its radiator). The problem, of course, is precisely in connecting the cooling circuit of the water block through the radiator to the air conditioner, there is a radiator of complex shape, there are few flat surfaces, which means that a lot of heat cannot be removed, well, another kilowatt is real ... but an absolutely silent computer for reasonable money (the alternative is to completely replace the air conditioner with your own heat exchanger (for example, lower both radiators of the air conditioner and from the water circuit to oil), but this handicraft will cost a pretty penny.
