Are BASE-T and BASE-TX compatible?

There is an eltex mes2428 switch. A directional antenna is connected via Ethernet via SFP, a client is connected via simple Ethernet. Don't ask me why, I don't know myself. My task: to install everything, connect and make the initial configuration of the equipment according to the scheme.
So, the antenna works through FE 100BASE-TX, and the switch works through FE 100BASE-T.
As a result, there is no Internet. Could the reason be the difference in standards?

What is 100BASE-T? It doesn't exist
100BASE-TX is a twisted-pair connection, not fiber.
