Are all these system programs necessary?

I noticed a bunch of microsoft programs in the installer and the question arose - do I really need all of them on my PC?
Tell me, please, what can be removed from them without harm to the system and to the functioning of applications?

Sort by "publisher" and remove everything except microsoft, intel and realtek.

MSVC Redistributable is the standard Microsoft compiler library. Windows itself usually only needs one version and it is already included in Windows, but the programs that you use apparently need other versions of the library and the installer installs the correct version. Microsoft has a lot of versions of this package.
You can delete it, but most likely some software will stop working.
