How to wrap all traffic from a Windows computer through a proxy?

I have a computer with regular Windows 10. Various devices are connected to this computer wirelessly. Traffic from the computer itself is redirected through the proxy server, but not from connected devices. How to make sure that absolutely all traffic goes through a proxy, including traffic from devices, while not configuring anything on the devices themselves?
