Arduino: Can you tell me a program for modeling / simulating the operation of electrical circuit diagrams for Arduino?

I would like to have a program in which you can draw a circuit diagram, and it will separate the tracks according to
my parameters, simulation is desirable. Well, it was possible to print it under LUT.
Language - Russian/English.
Thanks in advance, friends!

Proteus 8 version. It is possible to write in the Arduino IDE, AVR Studio. There is a debugger. The wiring is not very convenient, but acceptable. There are many lessons on it. I mainly use it for debugging and testing circuits.

It always seemed to me that the more classic option for this is the Eagle Cad.
Comrade DI Halt himself uses it.
for the home (a handkerchief within the limit of 100 * 100 mm, it seems like) is free.
