Arbitrary redirect to another site. Has VestaSCP gone crazy?

There is vestascp, centos 7, everything works fine, but added a new domain and for some reason it redirects to another site. More precisely, not a redirect, but as if the request goes to the wrong folder! The problem is only with one domain. What could it be, how to cure?

Re-created the domain! But under another user, the problem is gone!

if the domain is added today, then everything is fine - it is not immediately available on the network, it is first copied to the www root routers, and this usually takes a day.
