I upgraded to 10, not immediately, but problems started with some programs that either need to be updated via the Internet or download files, for example:
1. InstaTool Pro - immediately after switching to 10, it worked fine, only if it was not necessary connect to additional resources (it gave an error in this case), then, an update came out and it was necessary to connect to the resource and update, then the problems started! contacted the author - he said that something was blocking the launch and updating of the application (I made this application an exception, completely disabled all standard protections - there was no result)
2. I tried to install Kaspersky, downloaded the installation file, but when I tried to connect from the company's server - again gives an error!
!!! Rollback to the previous version did not solve the problem, so all the problems remained!
What could it be and how to solve it?

By the way. The browser also downloads files via the Internet, but everything is OK with you - it means (and most likely) the problem is in the programs themselves.
I note that I have no such problems.
