Apple Installer JS Framework. Where to find and how to use?

In search and thinking about how best to parse a plist file using javascript and in what form to store the processed data, I came across the page https://developer.apple.com/documentation/installe... Which says that this is a function of the InstallerJS framework .

I can't figure out where I can "feel" this framework?
Google and Yandex did not help.

plist is a banal xml or json.
the only possible problem is that they (if parse ready-made) can be packed.
you would describe what problem you are trying to solve and why with the help of js.
