App not launching after installing firebase?

Guys tell me an inexperienced beginner!
I install Firebase more than once in different projects and everywhere the same thing gives out that it was not possible to find the GoogleService-Info.plist configuration file, although it is installed. I do everything according to the instructions, but still nothing. constantly one and even an error
here is an error from the console:
