Why, when checking receipt, sometimes payment_data has different product_id (receipt/latest_receipt_info)?

There is a type of product "subscription".
When checking the receipt, Apple returns information about the payment in response.
Where in payment_data there are two data arrays receipt and latest_receipt_info.
Sometimes product_id is different in receipt and latest_receipt_info.
Why can this happen and how can it be reproduced?
