API of search services for ranking university websites?

There was a need to rank university sites for several data providers, such as:
1) Google - the number of pages, scientific / educational publications (Google Scholar), valuable files {pdf, doc, ...}, PageRank;
2) Yandex — number of pages, thematic citation index (TIC);
3) Majestic SEO - external links, external link domains;
4) Ahrefs - external links, external link domains;
5) Open Site Explorer - external links, external link domains.
The analysis should be carried out once a week. Today there are 86 sites. Doing all this manually is very stressful, we are looking for ways to automate (optimize) the process.
Tell me in which direction to dig, what and how to use? The data should preferably be stored in an Excel spreadsheet or database.
We mostly work in PHP.

Digging will be hard.
Google does not have an API for analyzing search results, the number of pages, etc., if you parse the search results, a captcha will pop up, which you will have to bypass somehow.
Afrefs Api has only paid accounts, with the price of an account comparable to the monthly salary of a person who will do all this manually, etc.
In general, if I were you, I would choose only the most necessary and easily accessible data, since doing everything and making it work stably, bypassing captchas and other protection methods and supporting all this is a decent job.
