API of electronic trading platforms (RTS, RosElTorg, MICEX, Sberbank-AST,)?

Good day!
Today we have 5 federal sites:
1. Sberbank-AST - www.sberbank-ast.ru (CJSC "Sberbank - AST")
2. RTS-tender - www.rts-tender.ru (LLC "RTS-tender" )
3. ZakazRF - www.zakazrf.ru (State Unitary Enterprise "Agency for the State Order of the Republic of Tatarstan")
4. RosElTorg - www.roseltorg.ru (JSC "Unified Electronic Trading Platform")
5. MICEX - www.etp-micex.ru (Electronic Trading Systems CJSC)
Two of them (rts-tender and zakarf) use the FIE.Participant application as a thick client, which looks like some kind of development by guys from Kazan (ICL-KPO VS OJSC).
All sites are very different in terms of organizing work and holding auctions.
I would like to somehow automate this business (auction robots, collecting information about signed / not signed contracts, signing dates, logging events on the site, etc., etc.)
Google still advises using all sorts of AuSe ( ausee .ru , www.i-tt.ru/soft/ause.html ) and Gosrobot ( www.gosrobot.ru ) and even this occurs
If there are any other programs for automating work on these 5 sites, please share information about them, if you have experience in using them, then your impression of using them will also not be superfluous. If you know about the existence of an API for one of these sites, please share information about the operation of the API and the possibility of access to it.
