Redmine only know.
Why don't you like SaaS? I use Megaplan - I'm happy as an elephant.

We used Mantis for a year and a half, now we have been using Redmine for a couple of years. Usability is an order of magnitude higher, everything is simpler and easier for the user. But the rights in Redmine are not very flexible, sometimes there are problems with this. In general, I like Redmine more.

Since the end of 2009 - Redmine.

In some offices, in the old fashioned way , we use Click, for example. Very functional, but a little slow.
