Apache2 on Debian 10 doesn't run files directly, what could be wrong?

In general, I set everything up, set up 2 virtual hosts, from the outside, by direct access to the site, the main page (index.html) opens, all the rules. If I specify after the domain name, for example ...../index.html, the page is not found. Any file from the domain folder does not start. I need to run send_.php from the root folder and therefore it says file not found.
