There is an application on Ruby on Rails on the server. I use Rollbar for bug tracking. And on it I began to periodically see left requests by IP, and not by a domain name.
How to process such requests using Apache and give not a virtual host, but a stub thread.

you actually have an idiotic problem, your site is in default, so you can contact it with any "garbage" mirror.
In fact, you need to specify the correct domain in VIRTUALHOST and everything after that the site can only be reached through it.
