How to install mod-wsgi for apache 2.4 in ubuntu 12.04?

There is a small Python3 project using Flask. I want to deploy it on my VDS server. I have Ubuntu 12.04 so Apache 2.4 is installed from a third party repository. I install the libapache2-mod-wsgi-py3 package, but I get an error that it requires Apache 2.2. How to be?

If I understand correctly, this is a clean OS you now have and the old version of Ubuntu costs so much, not because the server is old, but because for some reason you chose this particular version.
If I understand everything correctly, then the advice is simple, install a fresh OS and do not use third-party repositories. For example, I can recommend installing Debian 9. And you won’t have to dance with a tambourine)
