Apache Cordova in Visual studio 2015, saving any file removes it from the solution. What to do?

When I create an Android application on Apache Cordova in Visual Studio 2015, when I save any file from Visual Studio, it is removed from the solution, but remains saved on disk. When I close and reopen the solution, my saved file is there, but as soon as I change it, everything starts from the beginning. I suspect that the file has changed and the solution explorer needs to find / index / process it again. But this is not the case with other projects.
