Why aren't Unity tooltips showing?

Tooltips are not showing in Unity.
When exactly I open C# scripts through it.
I have already tried everything, and installed the tools for Unity in the install manager for Visual Studio, and even installed it.


The class is white...

try if you haven’t tried not vs choose, but through browse select along the path if you haven’t changed C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\Community\Common7\IDE
and there find devend.exe once helped me.
also check that in window > package manager in unity there is a visual studio package
