Anti-computer glasses, which ones are better to take? Do they help?
Who bought what, the eyes stopped hurting?

What is it like? You look and the computer is not visible?
In fact, they help much better:
- the right workplace
- a high-quality monitor
- gymnastics for the eyes and breaks
Everything else IMHO is crap.

Check out the Gunnar goggles. Tried it, I liked it. But when I put f.lux on the computer, the need for them disappeared.

I took plastic for 1500r, when my son squeezed glass out of there for me, I bought it for 400r, I don’t see the difference, my eyes don’t get tired. Compared to whether you wear glasses or not, there is certainly a difference. I spend 5 hours non-stop. And it's much easier on the eyes. If possible, buy in glass, I have plastic and also normal glasses, the main thing is not to scratch.
