Animated HTML-5 banner created in GWD. Do all files and where should be uploaded to the hosting in order to form a separate page: banner.php (html)?

Good day! Please tell me where and whether to upload HTML-5 Banner files created in Google Web Design?? I want to create a separate banner.php page All files are uploaded to the public_html folder But there is nothing on the page, the banner is not displayed. Maybe all these files should have been uploaded, for example, here: public_html/gwdpage, but nothing was displayed on the page either!
