Android studio won't start, fails to complete gradle execution error, how to fix?

when I run the project for the first time in andorid studio, I get an error: Failed to complete gradle execution. please help me fix the error, the reason is empty

Steps to fix:
close android studio
Download Build Tools v 23.0.5 goo.gl/v0UPm6
goto \sdk
rename 'tools' to 'tools1' (In case you need backup)
extract this zip to \sdk
it will make tools folder in \ sdk
restart studio and errors will be gone
