How to disable SwipeRefresh for a specific page?

Hello. WebView android application with my site.
The application has a SwipeRefresh function - that is, pull down to refresh the page.
So the problem is that if the page has a built-in element with vertical scrolling, then this element cannot be scrolled, since SwipeRefresh fires and the page is updated.

Therefore, I ask you to help me understand how to disable SwipeRefresh for certain pages. That is, if the site.ru/pm/ page then set SwipeRefresh to Disable.

If possible with examples, I don’t understand this, the application is already ready, I’m just trying to fix it.
